Hello, i have a Mercedes E350 2010, and really took my time in order to try to find a great service shop for my vehicle. I have went to John's auto to Silber Arrows, and by luck found Mercedes R Us, what made stop is that they only service Mercedes, which is great! so you know the focus is only on one type of car. the shop is near, clean, and looks very professional. The service is great, and very honest. The Technical Adviser named Joshua is someone you want to chat with for hours, the guy is knowledgeable, technical, fair, and HONEST!!! he has been very straight forward with me and answered all my questions in technical way. This person has integrity and by far is the number of reason i chose this place. This is my go to shop in Dubai! .. do not hesitate to go this place.
