Amateurs!!! They were offering a horrible colours for a E class 200. They promised us to get the one in the showroom with a much more suitable one. We were called by phone, the car having been freed for us. In the showroom, things changed: Buy an ugly coulour, or pay more. We spend 4 hours there. One of the manager was even getting upset on me!!!
Never ever seen such a bad service. 4 hours, and nothing. And I had the agreement from the bankresponse / report this review -
