  Pediatrician Dr Medhat requested for a stool sample for my infant however is not bothered to call me back with results. It's been more than a week that I am calling to ask for the tests results with always the same promise that the Dr will call me back with the results. I called about 3 times and until today nobody has ever called me back. To make it easy on them I even said that if doctors are so busy, I don't mind a nurse calling me. I am honestly disappointed with the carelessness of some staff in this clinic.

  Today I visited Mediclinic Mirdif to get a cotton piece removed from my ear. It was a very small procedure and took less than 30 seconds.
  On enquiry from the reception they sent me to Dr.Nizamuddin Gulsha who promptly removed it with a pair of tweezers.
  DR charges were Dhs 587.00 and the above procedure charges were Dhs 1052.15
  So for this very trivial thing Mediclinic charged me a total of Dhs 1423.62
  I feel this is a total abuse of patient trust and unethical and unacceptable medical practice.
  How can such a reputed medical chain do this?

  20 years in Dubai and we had the worst medical diagnose/experience ever, the doctor was careless and was not able to be a medical consultant/expert rather than thinking that ALL is OK and health issues happen sometimes for reasons we do not know; we did the same check back home and in 5 days we realized that the problem is big and it is somewhere else.
  However, i do not mean that all doctors are not good there however, i assume that all doctors supposed to be good as they deal with humans
  
  - few days after i posted the above, the management of the clinic contacted me and they were open to listen to the issue i had with their clinic and it seems that we are on right track now with another Dr ..

  I am always satisfied with their services. Today I entered the clinic after 3 years again, and nurses still remembered my name. The gentleman at reception desk was kind and helpful. The best part of the clinic is the Dr.Nizam, who is the best doctor I meet in 17 years being here in the UAE. Thanks for all your knowladge and humanity to us.

  Very poor serviceno any kind of respect of patients, their time or any notion of appointmentthey made me waiting for 30 minutes for the orthopaedic DR. Oussama while their excuse was because that he is talking to his manager😳
