24 Hours check in system, fantastic location.. A bit tiny rooms which is good for couples and solo travelers.
Staff are so welcoming specially Ahmed and Matthew.
Definitely will book again and strongly recommend it.

Nice and convenient hotel in Media City. About 30 minutes from the airport. Friendly welcome at the entrance and reception. The staff is competent and very helpful at all times. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is gorgeous, can’t get enough of it. The hotel driver service is excellent. The drivers speak very good English and take you wherever you want. Especially Mr. JB and Mr. Lince are excellent drivers. Thank you for a great stay in Dubai.

I was very offended that the front desk receptionist Sue questioned why I had a two bedroom suite for me, my son and his nanny. As well as why my Nanny was going to have her own bedroom. She acused me at check in of possibily having a party in the room since I was there to decorate a friend's birthday at Baby Q later that evening. She asked me if all guest at the party was going to be staying in my room.She made up policies that are not on the website or third party website stating I couldn't stay unless I had three ID'S for a 2 bedroom. I should be able to stay in a bedroom even if the is just me if I am paying for it. She was very unprofessional and have stereotypical assumptions based off the color of my skin. The wait staff who brought room service was rude. I asked him to charge the dinner on my room and he questioned me and my ability to pay. I'm not sure if they are not use to African Americans staying at their hotel but this is my first and last time ever staying here. In the evening security even followed me around as if I didn't belong there and asked where I was going when trying to take the elevator to my room. I was promised at check out a follow up with my dissatisfaction would take place but it never did.

Excellent hotel !!!
A very nice staff that is always there with a smile on their face, helped us with excellent recommendations for entertainment in Dubai.
The location of the hotel is simply superb.
The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, the hotel has an app through which you can do everything from opening the room to controlling the TV. Simple and convenient.
Highly recommended hotel Highly recommend.
An excellent breakfast was lacking and there is a great selection.
The hotel has a pool and bar that has an excellent nightlife, a lot of tourists from other hotels come to watch football games, drink there, eat, and hookah smoke.
There is a different concept every day for the bar which is really cool.

Must mention favorably the staff member Amin who helped us book attractions there all over Dubai, with great recommendations. And talked to us every day and asked how we get along and when there was a problem helped us through whatsapp happily at any hour.
Great experience when I return to Dubai I will only return there !!!

Ive been back and forth to Dubai for years now but this is by far the best experience I’ve had in a hotel here around media city! The staff are just amazing, very welcoming and super friendly. I’ve been staying here for almost 2 months now and it almost feels like home I couldn’t be happier.

The team and their urban experience manager Minentle will go out of their way to make your stay special, they even surprised me with flowers and cupcakes on valentines💗

Definitely recommended if you’re staying for work or vacation (great location, amenities, cleanliness, staff, work environment)!!

I've never stayed here, but all my work meetings are done at media one hotel. The place has great options for meetings at the cafes and outdoors spaces. Smoking and non smoking plus good drink options as well as coffee and food. The bar is also very happening if you just want to chill out after a long day at work. Easy to get to from the metro station, you can walk if the weather's nice, otherwise take a cab for AED 12 to 15 (depending on traffic). Paid parking is also available.

Came here to attend a launch event for Casio watches. Not too bad. Conference hall seems perfect for corporate events with a mini bar at your disposal. Good view of the Sheikh Zayed Road. Valet parking available on the ground floor upon arrive and becomes complimentary upon validation

Ambiance at Coco on 8 is beautiful but I think the package is a rip off. For 249 per person you have to get your own drinks from the bar while the waiters are just standing with no work as the place is not full, draft beer is not included in the brunch which doesn’t make sense, sun beds have reserved stickers on them, they are actually not reserved. And one platter of bitings doesn’t really constitute as food. Total rip-off. Love this place but have to reconsider coming back

We first stayed at this hotel two years ago and found the accomodation and service excellent. The only problem was that our room was above the disco which meant sleep was impossible until three am Friday and Saturday night. We spoke to the manager and were told that if we were to visit again we should ask for a quiet room. We returned January this year and that is what we requested and true to the managers word were given a room away from the disco. We also booked breakfasts for the length of our stay. This was a very good choice because the quality, variety and quantity of the food on offer is amazing. We will repeat our visit to Dubai in January 2019 and intend to book the same room or similar. Our sincere thanks to all staff for their help, especially with the assistance checking in for our flight home.

One of the finest hotel in Dubai media city. Fantastic options. Great lobby. Variety of restaurants offering different cusine. Q43 located on top.floor has fantastic view. Great crowd. International menu. Fantastic service. Host variety of live events. Great place for networking. Beautiful ambiance. Happy hours. Check for special offers usually during the week or special occasion. Must visit if you are in Dubai media city. This place has its own charm. Highly recommended.

Great hotel with great service. The bathrooms were a bit see through but there is a separate room for the toilet. It's perfect for one person but if the doors open 2 people cannot fit well. There is a club in the hotel but you can barley hear the beat.

Great place to stay in definitely. I'd also recommend the salad bar at one of their venues - Cafe M - for lunch. Great staff, friendly and speedy service; ask for Jackson he is the best. The sports bar is pretty decent too. If there's one thing I would add it's a sauna or a steam room as part of their fitness offering for those of us that stay in hotels regularly

It's not a 5-star hotel but know exactly what it is and delivers on the experience. Small room that you would like to spend minimal time.in but with decent facilities. Great atmosphere, fun eateries and great proximity to local businesses.

Great hotel with fantastic staff. Lovely rooms that are a little compact but have everything you need. They have really good offers for pool days, brunches and they have a great combo for brunch + overnight stay. Great new bar called Mr Miyagi's and a night club near the top of the building. You don't even need to leave for a night out! Close to the Palm, JBR and Marina. Sue at reception is fantastic!

It was 4 stars for 1st 30 minutes into the hotel.. check in was swift, room was reasonably sized for single occupant, appreciate the higher floor due to my sensitivity to sounds. Had to take 2 stars off for 1) shower water pressure is patheticcan't feel it's an enjoyable shower, especially at the end of a long day. 2) unexpected hammering sound in the morning of last morning work me up at 7am.
Overall, breakfast service was prompt and welcoming.

Modern design. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Shower with insufficient water flow. Fast internet. Excellent breakfast. Good care from the employees. Fitness center needs to replace some of its equipment.

Had the chance to slip one of my weekends at their 8th level where you can find one of their poolside bars Coco On 8, it was really amazing! The ambience was nice perfect for afternoon chilling plus the food is good and definitely budget friendly considering a luxe set up.

The rooms are super tiny, however the showers are the worst is badly designed and honestly you can’t take a proper shower with this bad design.

In addition to their dry cleaning services they don’t have their own dry cleaner they use a contractor and the one they have is horrible they ruined my suite and damaged the jacket.

Not recommended hotel definitely!

It is a 4 star hotel that has a trendy accommodation and all are non smoking rooms and is accessible to nearby big malls in Dubai. They have cafes, restaurants, lounges and bar to dine and chill out.

Sitting in Cafe M restaurant - completely ignored. Lots of staff - but unfortunately they are all socializing with each other. I asked if they were serving food and they looked at me like I was interrupting their private conversation and their socializing. The waiter Javohir, decided that he will make me wait more just because I asked for service. Leaving now and will never return. Good bye Cafe M forever.

I visit this place frequently for conferences. Looks like a very nice hotel. The food is also very nice, along with the arrangements. Love the coffee mugs, quite quirky messages they've. Valet parking available here. Don't take the exit towards Al Falak street, to reach the hotel's front valet, else you'll be deviated. In case you do, there's a valet at the back side as well.

Went up to garden at 8 and had a fantastic time. One if the best brunches I've been to. So relaxed with a great live performance outside. The food was excellent and had a wide selection of food from delicious sushi to scrumptious apple pie. Will most definitely be here again.

Great location. Walking distance to Dubai Internet City. Rooms are adequately furnished. Pretty good service too. The rooftop open air restaurant is amazing. Internet access is not included in the room rent. Had to pay 75 dirhams per day to get Internet.
