Poor service from Pediatric and Obstetrics Dept. I will advise Medeor to invest more on doctors , good customer service and quality check ups for all people instead of interior designs. Pediatric Dr. G P and Obstetrics Dr. S A K isn't really confident to handle patients in a professional manner. Worst pediatric and Obstetrics experience.

Bad experience at Medeor for the second time. Poor service by staff. Pathetic internal communication. To add onto it, waiting time is extremely long (minimum 1 hour). Employees are incapable of guiding one to the desired doctor.

Very poor services..!! Visited LLH first and later my case was transferred to Medeor. From both hospitals no one bothered to call me and update on my status. Don't except such poor services from big hospitals.

Its a shame that i ask for a mask while going home and this Dr. LADY GP SAID IT IS HOSPITAL PROPERTY. I only asked it when she told me that my infection is airborne. ITS JUST NO CONSIDERATION. WELL I DID NOT HAVE CHOICE BUT TO GO TO HER AS THE OTHER DR. WENT FOR EMERGENCY. MY WHOLE FAMILY COME HERE ALL THE TIME NEVER AGAIN. TOO MANY GOOD DRS. AND HOSPITAL OUT THERE. WHAT WAS NOT GOOD IS THAT ONLY 1 MASK DUE TO MY INFECTION AND HER ANSWER IS I CAN BUY OUTSIDE. SHAME. If you provide chauffer service why can't you for one cheap mask. What do you expect when a sick person asking for consideration. MEDEOR CARE THEY DO NOT CARE.

Terrible hospital and management Had always had an issue with the pharmacy , but now even the doctors are behaving as being not intrested. I had an appointment for a pediatric doctor today at 2.30 reached 10 min late and the doctor refused to meet the patient even though he was wandering the the corridor as his shift ends at 3pm. The receptionist asked to meet an other doctor available and after 1/2 hour wait they informed sorry the Doctor is still not come. How irresponsible can they be. Do you think a 2 year old kind can even wait that long when unwell. Finally we decided to go to an other hospital to get our child treated.

Stay away from this place! Go there only if you are prepared to wait for hours and hours and hours and hours and hours of silly waiting. They make you wait for an hour at least to see a Doctor even if you have an appointment and are on time and then if you’re lucky to see one, they’ll give you a bar code to go show at their pharmacy and only at their pharmacy can you get the medications because they don’t give you a prescription so that you don’t go anywhere else. And finally there lies the waiting game. You’re entered in a lucky draw where you can wait for up to 4 hours to see a tablet. If you win that is. If you lose like I did once then your prescription expires before you get to see your medication and no even then you will not see a prescription.

Stay away from Medeor. Its just not worth the countless hours spent there. Spend time with your family instead. You’ll feel much better.

The Pharmacy by far is the worst i have ever visited to. Counter staffs are gossiping and so insensitive to all patients on queue. There's no sense of urgency. One counter assisted one patient for almost 1 hour and other staffs were just standing not even apologizing to people on queue. Hospital facilities though are better from the other hospitals, state of the art. Just hoping for better pharmacy organization.

I am a regular customer of Medeor. However, my last experiences left a bitter taste. For two consecutive visits, I waited more than 2 hours to see an ENT Doctor, plus one more hour to get my medicines from their Pharmacy. Unfortunately, I will go to an other hospital next time and hope that Meteor will improve for the rest of their customers.

Worst experience i had in Medeor abu dhabi. I didnt get my medical report since 3weeks. They promise me to give in 24hours i visited 2 times but they said they will send me an SMS. Im sure they have lost the specimen i presented for diagnosis. I'll never recommend to friends.

medeor is the best hospital i try.. with the facilities, accomodating staff , caring and professional doctors.. they will not stop to find out where is the illness came from.. and i feel so blessed and thankful that god bring me here without regrets.. thank you medeor for taking care of my life..😊😊😊

It's a professionally run hospital with the latest medical facilities and experienced staff.

Doctors will recommend the required tests and medications without trying to turn you into a MONEY MILKING PROJECT like some of the other well known hospitals.

I completely trust the doctors at Medeor. They are extremely professional. They take the time to listen and read notes if you choose to bring notes to them, they give you options for treatment and will allow time for you to research those options, and then make a plan together. This was very impressive. I did the research, but went with the doctors recommendations.
I was not use to sitting across from a doctor at a desk so when I first started at another clinic it was a very sterile feeling, however, at Medeor it is not. Yes, I am across the desk from the doctor, but the treatment rooms are bright and every doctor has had a very welcoming personality as soon as I walk in the door. That welcome makes all the difference in the world. That welcome tells you that they are there to listen, learn, and help.
As long as Medeor continues with the excellent customer service and the doctors continue to provide excellent patient care, I foresee them moving into a top medical position in Abu Dhabi. Their doctors work for it!

Great interior, but very poor experience. Management has to take actions and check the doctors qualification. How could it be possible without checking the chest even, without examining the throat to state the diagnosis bronchitis? No communication between patients and staff. Unfortunately i cant recommend this hospital to anyone and had to go to another professional hospital. Just wasted my time.
