Worst time management ever , I have an appointment with the doctor at 12:20 and i arrived 11:50 , and now 12:57 and I’m still waiting , I don’t know what is the purpose of this thing , if the doctor have patients or he is in operation room why you are giving people wrong time to meet the doctor ? You must schedule everything , there is an Emirati women for registration , she must take some lessons to how to talk with the people who came to this clinic , its not about anything you want to say , you can say it , I’m not you friend or your cousin. Do not interfere in something that’s not within your scope of work.

This is one of the worst clinics in terms of customer service. I booked an appointment, and when I arrive to the clinic, they keep me waiting for 40 mins and then they inform me that i’m here for “walk in” and not an appointment although I’ve clearly booked one. What’s even worse than that was the receptionist telling me “patients before you take their time with the doctor that’s why your appointment is delayed” but I’m also a patient and they’re taking from my time? We can accept 5-10-minute delays but a 40-min delay with no professionalism is just unacceptable.

I suppose to have an appointment today at 12 I came 30mins earlier but it seems like they don’t respect appointments I’ve been here for almost one hour and I didn’t see the doctor yet. I’ve seen two patients came after me and they allow them to see the doctor. Never come back

Strange experience:
1. The nurse who was taking my blood sample wasn't wearing uniform - just top and jeans. And taking blood sample was painful and cause blood fountain.
2. They were eating at the desk
3. Her 7 friends just straight from the street came to the manipulation room and were chatting very loud. I couldn't move because I had an infusion.
This is unprofessional.

Dr. Saeed AlShaikh very professional and the stuff are very friendly there was alot of patients there but took me only an hour for testing and doctor diagnosis.. I would recommend to take an appointment before going there.
