  I worked with McCone properties to purchase my first home and to be honest they were great. Ryan was my agent and he was super transparent with the process in addition to following up and pushing the process along from all ends. Always available, even when he was on vacation. He made sure I was informed of everything I needed to know as a home buyer and I never felt like I was walking in the dark. Their team is a one stop shop and I can even vouch for their Director Sam McCone as well, a true gent.
  
  Great working with them and will definitely contact them again once I'm ready to upgrade or get a second unit.

  Can't stress enough how thankful I am for the level of support I got from Charlie & McCone Properties. After dealing with dozens of agents and being close to giving up, it was a huge relief to have found someone as genuine and supportive as Charlie. He really put all the time and effort, working late nights to help find something within my budget and preference. By far my best experience with a real estate agency here in Dubai.

  This is my first experience with McCone Properties, and I could not be happier with the service from their agent, Jake Cockroft. He is incredibly friendly and has amazing viewing etiquette in explaining features of the property. Jake is dependable, always prompt with responses to emails and paperwork, available for follow up and ensures that documents and approval goes through the system.
  
  From viewing to moving in and as my only point of contact with the property owner, Jake has been greatly helpful, I’m a very happy customer!

  I worked with Zara - an excellent agent!
  Zara made renting an apartment such a breeze! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other brokers in the Downtown area and being terribly disappointed, I felt immensely lucky to find her.
  She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process that is from making an offer, through getting the owner’s approval and till moving into the appartment in a couple of weeks only.
  She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!
  Also, it's the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Great environment, professional and nice people, clean and beautiful office set up. They care about their clients and I feel they train their agents frequently so they are always updated with what’s going on in the market. I recommend McCone Properties to anyone looking for a nice home. Very professional, experienced and helpful team. Exceedingly recommended!

  From the moment I met Jake and Hannah they were phenomenal!
  Extremely professional, great knowledge of the area and the property and were able to find me the perfect apartment that fit right in my price range within the same day.
  Jake and Hannah were super helpful, communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions, at all times.
  Cannot thank them enough and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a new home in Dubai Hills Estate!!
