ATTENTION ❌❌❌ dont believe to her fake positive comments as she keep asking her collegues and iraqi friends to help her.

She’s basically just billing people cause she really doesn’t know what’s going on she cannot go into detail because she doesn’t know her stuff she just wants to prescribe medication and get paid! If you ever go to her I insist you get a second opinion cause she might prescribe you somthing you do not need ! stay away from her and this clinic. rude and unprofessional

1- First of all no one picks up the phone & very rude staff
2- Very Expensive prices
3- Dr Raghed thinks that I’m making her work on me for free she doesn’t treat her clients well
4- Doesn’t do laser professionally and it’s not recommended for laser
5- I didn’t believe what the reviews said but when I experienced that myself I do believe that her positive reviews are fake please guys check the positive feedbacks you will see it’s written by her iraqi community

The staff at the reception desk were rude. I was checking in for my appointment and the ladies who were working at the front desk were talking about me, like I wasn't even there. I felt like Raghad she was always in a hurry.
Dr Raghad has no bedside manners. She is discourteous, rude, short, and seemed to be bothered when questions were asked. The (big) lady who roomed us didn't bother introducing herself, very cold and seemed to be irritated. The medical assistant who checked us in was nice. This office needs a major attitude makeover. As for the medical treatment my daughter received---well, it was just as bad. Definitely would not recommend this practice to anyone. There are plenty of Dermatologists in the jumeirah. There is no need to settle for this kind of patient care/service..

this doctor is a lier. she destroyed my face, im not even sure if her certificate is real as she dont know cosmetology and new technic. dont do any botox or fillers with her.

Good price for laiser (unlimited sessions for only 13500 AED) good result .. but very faaaaar appointments and they cancelled my appointment few times for some reasons!!
Poor service & customer service.
Not very clean.

unfortunately the REAL regional person who is working for marketing did not recognise Raghad as a trainer and already confirmed with many european doctors the filler ellanse been injected in a wrong way, too superficial. even after 1 year i have SWOLLEN face and BLUE thick lines under my eyes and God knows when it will dissapear. but "doctor" Raghad was laughing and shouting at my face when i was crying saying that its anatomy of my face and nothing is wrong. after that she inject CORTISONE which will never break ellanse filler. actually nothing can break this filler so dont lie to people. she never even brought appologise. only being rude. and she NEVER informed me what she gonna inject otherwise i would never accept it but i want to help other people. i have all proves and all documents proving that im HONEST. and you can call me anytime and come to see my face!

Hi there, I am the Marketing Manager at Kalium Group - and I am quite stunned to read the below review from "eee ee" because we are the official and only authorised distributor of Ellanse, not only in Dubai but the whole of GCC. Having said that, please note that we or any of our verified and listed Trainers did not receive any such queries or complains from anyone about Ellanse or the Doctor.

Additionally, we do not have any male doctors using Ellanse anywhere in Dubai so as highlighted by "eee ee" that "HE" is the trainer of Ellanse in Dubai - NOT TRUE!

So, please abstain from using baseless and ill-meaning accusations to tarnish the image of a professional clinic like Mawi Day Surgical Center and a doctor like Dr. Raghad who has been administering fillers for the last 10 years.

i went to clinic to get rid of teardrop. without offering options I got ellanse filler done by Dr. Raghd Al-Qaisi. obviosly because its more expensive. and yes its one of the best filler on market but only if injected by TRAINED specialist. otherwise this filler will destroy face as its happend to me. I had severe swelling for 8 month and now my face looks too puffy and its such an effort to smile a full smile, it feels like a workout for my face, from how stretched I feel. and what ive got? blue thick lines and absolutely opposite result but madam Raghd was very rude, shouting at me and trying to fool me that is my face anatomy problem and she is trainer (!!) for ellanse filler. she didnt show me that she was even trained for this filler. i contacted ellanse company and i went to see a real trainer in dubai. a super professional doctor. he also claimed that filler was injected in a wrong way. God knows how long it might take to get rid of this filler but even after 1 year im still suffering with sweeling and blue lines. she was trying to dissolve with cosrtisone which is very very bad product and should be used only as a last resort but she was not even aware than ellanse filler cannot be dissolved. it will only dissapear after a few yearsby itself. please know your rights especially with health autority. and i hope i could help someone to prevent from suffering.
