Took my car for diagonestic repair , first of all , no one called me to inform me what’s the issue with the car , had to call on daily basis to check the issue , and rarely the head mechanic answers , most of the time they tell you he is not available or he is with customer . Anyway I had to leave my car for nearly one month , and despite 12 visits to the work shop every visit they used to say we r checking one part and we will give you the car next week , they couldn’t understand what was the issue obviously without telling me , lastly I had to get my car out , took it to A renowned Deutche repair shop , it was simply battery needs replacement .
I recommend this shop for car wash and maximum wiper blades replacement. ( make sure you stand next to them also when they do the wiper blade repair ) give it zeroresponse / report this review -

They deserve zero stars not even one! I've given them the car more than a month ago, didn't do anything, and their manager doesn't answer the calls whatsoever, and rude when you blame them for such delay! They suck in repairs, probably the best they do is oil change! This is my second time dealing with them, first one they just did brake pads and oil changes, where they charged me spare parts higher than the agency!
