Front office Indian lady really disappointed when I checked in itself. Requested for two smoking rooms and she issued two non smoking room. Ones I received the key I approached again and she changed it. Wait for another 20 minutes finally she provided. First room checked in at 7.30 pm and other room checked in at 10 pm. So we politely request for extending 1 more hour. He refused it and inform about hotel policy and standard time of check out. We get upset again because of her way of communication and the style of presentation. In hospitality industry I didn't faced such a roud character. Her name start with "A". Restaurants was amazing. Room service as well. Tried shisha also which was good experience with value of money as well.
