Very bad customer service - you call to ask about an item then they take your inquiry and mobile number to call you back and no one call back, although I called 5 times and 5 different employees picks up the call and no one took the effort to check and call back

Definitely nice and trendy stuff but customer service and delivery quite poor! Would have expected a more friendly and comprehensive approach, IKEA in this sense much better. Room of improvement
