You can not beat this excellent service. Amazing value for money, professional staff ,very pleasant to deal with. Fast track through immigration makes so much difference and saves loads of time. If you opt to choose the high end service, you can enjoy a buggy ride to your gate. I always use Marhaba service for myself and my family on both departure and arrival. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing Service - I booked the Family Service for my Parents which was recommended to me as I wanted my parents to be picked up from the gate and transferred to immigration so they don't have to walk too much in case their gate is far from immigration just to find out that they were welcomed at the Gate on arrival but without any Car so they had to walk and it was a very long way to immigration - my father said they could have also simply meet at the elevator at immigration there is no point of one additional person walking alongside the crowd.
400aed just for special line at immigration and the porter service which can be bought on the spot by everyone for AED25 is a clear waste of money.
First and last time I book this service.
I have now read other reviews and there seem to be a lot of disappointed passenger and people surprisingly.
Very shameful and disappointing especially for Dubai Airport to have such unprofessional Service Providers ruining an experience that should be among the best in the world.response / report this review -

Better call it ‘no service’. If you try to call the service Centre number it takes you at least 10 attempts as they simply hang up the phone without answering. No flexibility, so customer mindset. Just avoid it if you want an enjoyable experience arriving in Dubai. Waste of time and money

I got the booking over the phone for my wife and baby .. the details of service were explained clearly and the booking procedure was fast and easy ,, the very next day I met my wife and baby daughter ( it was great service .. fast exit and helpful friendly staff) ( special thanks to Nancy,Jenny and Grace) ..
