  Unfortunately i moved to Vision Tower on August this year and i realized it was a big mistake!! the maintenance response is takes 2 to 3 days no matter what, you need to be the luckiest to have your call answered by Maqar Al aman office.
  The flat is full of moist and humid, which started to show after few days only, when i informed the maintenance, they responded after few days and they said there is a humid leak from outside and one of the windows requires a part and needs to be ordered (until now still waiting for the part to be imported from another planet) the washing machine stopped working on my 3rd week i had to struggle for 5 days until they replaced it with another old one which works only for 30 minutes!! the fridge stopped working they responded after 2 days to replace it with an older one which was good for 4 days only, all the appliances are old and barely operating, hundreds of times i tried to contact Maqar Al Aman office but my calles were never attended nor answered. in my 18 years stay in the UAE i can say this is the worst experience ever. i highly do NOT recommend this company.

  Extremely poor company, with terrible staff who refuse to fix anything. Very greedy and money hungry. Stay away from this company, DO NOT STAY IN ANY OF THEIR ACCOMMODATION. One of their employees that left told me they used their staff to write fake good reviews, which is why their ratings are not so bad. But ignore the good comments. I stayed with them for 2 years before I finally decided to leave.

  Properties under management of this company are clean , calm & well maintained.
  A very helpful and understanding employees also , specifically Mrs Rehab , she is always ready to provide needed help whatever it is ,
  I would like to recommend this place for my friends as well.

  Such an amazing company- I dealt with a professional lady called Rehab and she managed to arrange for all my maintenance requests to be fixed on time and working so well. Thank you guys keep up the good work.

  My experience with Maqar Al Aman Maintenance Company has been extremely disappointing. The company has shown a lack of commitment and responsibility towards its tenants.
  Communication with the maintenance is frustrating, with unfulfilled assurances . It is evident that tenant satisfaction and well-being are not priorities for Maqar Al Aman.
  Be careful if this company is in charge of maintaining your building.
