Good place to serve this area, it is not so huge (which I like) so you don't spend big efforts or get lost. Spar supermarker is rubbish; they have very few brands and they push you indirectly to buy specific products because this what they have.
The availability of centerpoint and other few restaurants is excellent.

Some sort of a traditional mall. Any kind of improper or mini dressing not welcome.good shops and quite a quiet place. Not populated. Wheel chair accessible entrance and parking available

They are still in the process of opening new stores,; however, this place is HUGE! There are many well known cafes opening , as well as, famous jewelry shops, pharmacies, flower shops, gift shops, and their GRAND "spar supermarket". I expect this place to be the next big go-to mall in Al Ain,

Mall is not fully operational yet, shops still under construction. but has fully functional SPAR Supermarket . check the butcher section. they grill meat on request , best kebab in UAE .
