  We got the Audi Q8 from them and it was a seamless experience. Mohammed and Fahad are nice people who are very helpful. Just make sure to fuel it back to what you got it at and when in Dubai, drive safe habibi.

  Terrible rental experience. We booked a car two weeks in advance. I confirmed the night before that it would be ready and they said yes. On the morning it was supposed to arrive at 8am but it never came. After multiple phone calls and texts he tells me at 9am the car is unavailable and he has no other options. They didn’t offer us a replacement and they totally wasted our time. The guys attitude on the phone was very careless as well. Do not ever use this company as they are completely unreliable.

  We were visiting family in Dubai and looking forward to an event. We had reserved the car two weeks in advance and had even checked in the night before to confirm that the car would still be available and ready by 8am. The current time is almost 10. No word from him, and no car. The only time we get a call is after a family member left an honest review on their service and we get questioned and yelled at over the phone , and still no updates with the car. We had to order another car from another company, and we will be extremely late thanks to them. Do not recommend, horrible customer service, don’t waste your time.
