Worst place I ever seen in Dubai.
I saw the items on their website (no prices mentioned), then requested quotation, they replied after 2 days. And every time I ask for a price they say come face to face in the boutique, like why do they even have online if they don’t want to say the prices and waste people time by visiting.
Anyway I went to the shop, it is in a building in a hidden place. Went into the store, and told them I am looking for a jewellery, they said sure come inside, and after 5 min they realised that jewellery is in the next store…
After going to the other store the staff are very arrogant, unhelpful, not welcoming and they don’t even smile. Not what you expect when buying a luxury brand.
Items are put in a cheap plastic bags, unorganised, it took them 10 min to find the item I want. They will tell you it is brand new while its preowned and the prices are very high and almost 10% less than the retail price.
The funniest thing was they told me the price of the item is 2900 AED on whatsapp and in the store they said 3500 AED. And even when showing them the msgs and the price confirmation on whatsapp they said no it is 3500 AED ( retail price is 4000).
If you want my advice stay away from this place, it is not worth your time.response / report this review -

Appalling customer service.
I bought a 5-figure watch online from these guys, transferring the money and arranging to fly from the neighbouring country where I live to pick up. As the weekend of the planned pickup was the last of 2022, I confirmed in advance that they would be open and was assured that they would.
However, after flying to Dubai, and less than 24 hours before I was due to pick up, I was contacted by a Luxury Souq colleague to casually inform me that they would, after all, be taking a holiday for New Year, and I therefore wouldn't be able to pick up the watch until long after my planned departure from Dubai.
Naturally, I expressed my strong dissatisfaction at this, and the colleague assured me he would contact me within hours with a solution. This solution never materialised, and I was simply fobbed off with excuse after excuse over the next 24 hours until I gave up.
To make matters worse, I then had to spend the next two weeks chasing them until I was finally able to get my money refunded.
If you want to buy a luxury watch with confidence in Dubai and be treated like a valued customer, I strongly advise you to avoid the Luxury Souq at all costs.response / report this review -

Hello Mr. Khalid we love your videos. Your are in professional field of luxury watches, And you have good name in dubai, “MASHALLAH “. You are very well name person, but still you haven’t change your schedule of working days. I would request you to make the things in professional way, when you are in luxury goods business fallow the same as per dubai rule. Hope to see you soon with the changes or week off soon. Great selection of the top watch brands in the world, can be very busy in the shop but everything is very well organised. I have bought several watches and they always sell for a fair price.
And the Rolex guy, Mohammad, knows more about Rolex than Rolex!response / report this review
