The worst desert safari team and unprofessional.
They will not provide a better service for sure.
Me and my wife booked the safari and as per them they where reach at 2.30PM, but they reached only after 3.15PM( because of my follow up through call).
Once my booking time they told me land cruiser will pick you from my location and drop us to the same location.
Unfortunately by the dropping time they provided me a bus with fully crowded people. And started from8.30PM and reached at 11.30PM, they don’t have any responsibility to drop us.
I booked this agency because to avoid bus traveling.
The staffs are not well mannered type. They don’t have any commitments to the customer’s.
If anyone planning to deal with this team. Please think twice.response / report this review -

Disgusting experience in desert safari, no designated vehicle from desert camp to drop point. Our group was the first to came out from the camp and we are last to get out. Disappointed, cannot recommend.

They are one of the most unproffesional group of people. They will fix the appointment and will forget you. I with my family was all set to be picked up but these guys never called and when i checked with them, they said i will get call back. I got call from driver and he said he is almost 100 KMs away and just recieved call to get picked up. Moreover they will quote you price above what they claim on their website. Avoid These guys.

This was my second desert safari in Dubai.
I found this experience absolutely disgusting!
1) We were picked up from a bus that was overcrowded. See photos. The driver was not paying attention whilst driving and was turning around and cutting fruits and consuming it while driving at 100+. The bus seating arrangement is illegal. Passengers were sitting in the aisles.
2) the pick up bus was a 45 minutes late.AC was not working.
3) the camp they took us to, was poorly managed and unsanitary. It is not managed by traditional Arabs but by individuals who came across as an Indo - Pakistani - a subcontinental group.
4) the food served was tasteless. The chips were soggy. I got like five "pieces" of chips as starters. See photos
5) the food serve area was like some disaster management camp.Food was insufficient.see photos
6) the only positive was the desert ride which lasted for like 5 minutes.
7) they promised sand boarding in the website for children. There was absolutely no mechanism or people to manage this.
8) toilets - 3 urinals for men and long lines
