This khalidiya branch is less crowded than other branches , still you should avoid the weekends , They have good sales every now and then. It's well stocked and staff are friendly attentive and helpful. The customer service and gift wrapping are very efficient and helpful

Very bad shopping center . I buy Dell laptop from here after that I found some problems in it I go as usual for the place which responsible for warranty (Ensure services ).
Take a week then problems still there
After that I contact Dell .and they agreed to refund me my money..surprise. Lulu told me we will give you a voucher hhhhhh and you can buy by itI make problem that time to take my money in cash only

Lulu in Khalidiya Mall is one of the quieter and calmer places to do grocery shopping. It's divided into two sections: an upstairs area that's more of a department store and a downstairs area with all the main household groceries.

The upstairs area keeps an abundance of ornaments, tech, toys, shoes, and stationery items. The downstairs area has great produce and dairy sections, however the bakery area falls short. You can find most other grocery items here, too.

Guy sold me a laptop that was 5k dirhams. The problem isn't the price or laptop, it's that he gave me a broken one and he didn't check it before he gave me it. He admitted to not checking the product. I used the crappy thing for a SECOND and the screen started flickering. They said they were gonna "repair" it within 2-3 days. Why do I have to get a repaired one? I want a new one! It was under their watch and revision and now it's MY fault??? And guess what, it's been 4 days now and when I called they said it will be ready 2 DAYS LATER!!! Shoddiest Service ever. I have no idea why they are testing me
