Good customer service. I went to exchange a shower rod bought from there a week ago. I just had to display the purchase invoice at the counter and they instantly issued the exchange slip and the sales lady at the curtain/shower rod section was very helpful. She even guided how to place the shower rod and how to fix it. I know it's a simple thing like a shower but the after sales support I received from Lulu Hypermarket Staff was truly INCREDIBLEEEE. Keep it up teammm.

It is a very crowded place as I visited at peek time of the day. It is good place get grocery items and household items at reasonable price and better quality.

One of the best place to buy your household items, Grocery etc. Very well organised. I being an indian expat get everything that i need of my country without much difficulty. The discounts offered are also good.
Another thing is that such hypermarkets give job opportunity to a huge workforce, kudos to that as well.response / report this review -

Good place to buy your groceries and household stuffs! Checkout counters are less hence expect delays during peak times. Parking is available at front and backside.

Okplace. Crowded. Not always provide a pleasant shopping experience. Staff's attending the customer is poor - especially in dry fruit / fish sections. However one can find many value offers. Fruit and vegetable section is outstanding. Snacks section is tempting. Good offers in Cakes and Lulu brands, but those may not be premium quality.

Convineant for daily groceries, a variety of ready made food is also available that is helpful for singles or visitors who don't want to spend more on meals.

Nice place for monthly Grossary shopping. They have good promotions. i like their big range of ready food items. All fresh, tasty n good quality at reasonable rates.

Very big supermarket with a big parking area in front and at the back, they offers many thing from food to kitchen equipments to cosmetics. Prices are good and it does have many UK brands sold here “food and such” how ever they are a bit on the expensive side since they are imported from UK. Over all if your in that area this is the best place to shop for groceries

Lots pf offers from time to another.
Well organized and clean hypermarket
Friendly and helpful staff
Never tried the meet section there
But i would say good grocery for sure
maybe of they have a locality program like carrefour will tempt more clients and attract loyal clients?
Location is good in sharjah
Lots pf parking lots available around the building
The pharmacy there is also good
And the delivery option is a good thing as well

Very good place for shopping food esp meat, fish. Even electronic items, great weekend offers, merchandisers are always there to introduce you to new products, offers and give you samples. This is s good outlet with ample parking space. They have a great department store and good set of electronic goods available on the first floor with ample display. Also well trained staff to explain you about the electronic products

Good collection of cosmetics and household items. Apparels are pretty good too.
Fresh food is not the best taste wise. Most items are cold and heated at purchase. There are hypermarkets where food is kept hot and continuohsly refilled, that way making fresh food available. Fruits & Vegetables are good mostly but not always.
The worst part is, they do not have elevators or travelators. So if you have a pram or wheel chair, you have to go into their warehouse and use the utility lift there.response / report this review -
