You can do the inspection for your ATV/Quad bike trailer here. Cost Dhs 165 for the Inspection. Before that you need to get the chassis no punched by a ESMA approved testing agency. They charge 1000+50 Vat = 1050.00 AED for the inspection. They will prepare your ESMA certificate and your application to Murror ( I did it form Emirates Transport VIC in M40 musaffaha) for the permission /approval to punch the chassis number. Fee 42.00 AED (carry exact change). After you get the approval the agency will Punch the chassis number on your trailer.

Very quick services. Clean neat tidy and organized place. At reception the helpdesk can directly answer your questions and guide you through the proces of the servics you came for. easy to complete your car registration related requierements there. Around 8 insurance parties are providing their services there however they're limited and expensive.

The inspection guys are brutal. They have no problem failing the car for the smallest reason. I had a quarter size chip in the paint showing the primer coat. The guy suggested I paint the whole car. After talking to the manager he suggested the same, but said he would not pass it. Took the car to another inspection station and passed without question.
