State of the art, modern equipment and professional trainers to guide you step by step. A homely environment. At times, the music gets very loud though.

Well managed and spacious gym. Has pools for toddlers, juniors and adults. Separate gyms for men and women. Also a play area for children. Good for a workout for the entire family.

Gym is well equipped and have a decent size swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna too. During peak hours they have group classes also to address the crowd. Group classes is structured to maximize the result within the allotted time frame. Trained staff and approachable manager to cater to any issues. Highly recommended and worth the price paid. 👍

The worst gym I have ever seen. Machines are too old, older than me, no joke. You have to wait around 5 mins for every machine or dumbbell, crowd is crazy. No quality, no good staff. I live in the same building so it's almost free for me. You know what? I paid for another gym outside and going there. It is not worth even if the price is AED 100.

Quality definitely went down. They started a very cheap promotion that just didn’t control the crowd in the gym at all. Maintenance is also poor, weights and mats are kept laying around for hours though staff are roaming around it and children are always inside the ladies gym including babies in strollers. I understand the women who can’t leave their children unattended and big thumbs up on them getting fit and healthy but gyms are just not for children and babiesfor obvious reasons such as safety!! Management doesn’t seem to care, they put up their own signs yet don’t adhere to it weird.

Try body pump,Resistance training with weights is a great calorie burner and excellent way to build muscle. As muscles repair from the workouts your body's metabolism is increased. This means that calories are burned by BodyPump at an increased rate long after you finish the Body Pump class.

I noticed that most of the 5-star comments are from men. I prefer using the men's gym because it's superior to the women's which is cramped, being 1/4 the size of the men's, the windows are frosted so you can't see out, several pieces of equipment are occupied by woman sitting and texting, and the men's has more functioning equipment. The weekend desk clerks seem to change "policies" willy-nilly, so now after attending the men's gym for a year, women are "no longer allowed in there". (The hours for the women's gym are significantly less than the men's and don't work with my work schedule). In both gyms, the equipment is sticky, and rarely gets sanitized - no tissues or sanitizing spray offered. No drinking water, or towels (not even tissue in the bathroom). If it wasn't in the same building where I live, I wouldn't bother.

A lot of noise for nothing. Gym is playing night-club style rave music to "motivate" it's paying guests. However the ignorant management admitted they couldn't careless about disturbing their neightbours. They have no soundproofing, but keep blasting their dimwitted junior high-school music.

Very bad experience before joining the gym. i have been trying to contact them for 2 hours but no response so far. The website is also not workable, it just shows online chatting but no one is there to reply on it.

I was wondering to see this that if this is the customer service they have for their new customers then what will be the service after joining the gym.

it seems a night miaer to be in touch with them

finally I got the reply from Catherine. she gave very good service. I hope the same will be with gym.
