The worst delivery service ever in Dubai. If you claim that you deliver - then do it properly, if you can’t - better stop offering delivery service. I’m 5 mins away from the pharmacy, when I called I’ve been told delivery will take 40 mins. After 1 hour 20 mins still no one came and no one even called to follow up and apologize. I called myself and heard the answer that I need to wait another 30 mins. Is that normal to wait for delivery for 2 hours when the pharmacy shop is 5 mins away?? Don’t think so. Very poor service overall, will never order again and even will try to avoid buying at life pharmacy.
