Whilst your car has a warranty then everything is golden.But as I found out, outside warranty this gets an expensive place to repair your car with charges just to look at your car and get estimates. Make sure your Cadillac/GM car has a long warranty and sell it or extend the warranty as it will break your bank!!

Worst service center ever! I went in last February for an oil change. They then recommended me to do an engine flush. I asked if it’s necessary, and the agent said yes to prolong the life of the engine. So I said go ahead. A couple days after they did the engine flush the car started to shake and the engine light, stability and traction light started flashing. I took it back to them and they said nothing is wrong. I said the car was totally fine with no problem before the flush, they said this is a new problem. I left the store because they were denying they did anything wrong. I had to travel a couple days after so I thought I would deal with this issue when I got back. A couple weeks later I can back and the lights were gone and I was releaved. My happiness didn’t last because a few weeks after that the car started shaking again like crazy and it had full engine failure!! I took it somewhere else to fix that deals with Cadillac cars and they asked when the last tim I changed the oil was. I said a few weeks ago and I barely drive it after. They said it looks like I haven’t changed the oil and that that’s the reason it went into failure. I said that’s impossible,I did an engine flush too! They said that the person who did the engine flush probably didn’t do it correctly and since my cars has a lot of kilometers on it , and engine flush can harm the car rather than help it if it isn’t done properly. I had to have a full engine change on my car that cost over 20,000 dirhams and to this day I am having problems in my car from their careless work on my car. I would avoid them at all costs!! Unless you want to destroy your car don’t go there!

Never answer the phone, overcharged me for service and performed work I did not authorize, and had the gall to ask me to rate them highly on Google reviews and corporate surveys. Typical stealership tactics.

Excellent service! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I imported my Cadillac from the the US and it had a recall. Liberty performed the recall at no charge even though they were not obligated to do it.

They never answer the phone calls and they never update you on whats happening!!!

Extremely poor service , everytime you have to complain to someone big so they deal professionally with you.

I don't know if they r under-paid cuz usually humans dont function well when they r under-paid.

There is even a lady called Souma who told me once didnt you call in the morning why r u calling again in the afternoon haha I did scold over the phone thou!!
