  Terrible customer service at the Mesaim city centre store. I purchased Xtra 1500 puffs product that stopped working in a day. The sales representative hard sold it to me saying that it would easily last 1 week. I have purchased other products which say 700 puffs and last two weeks. The sales guy kept saying I might have used it up - it was bad customer service. They took my number saying I will receive a call on the faulty product. It's been 3 days and no call or feedback.

  Worst customer service. I placed an order an hour and a half ago only for them to tell me they do not have the item that I ordered. Also they decided that they cannot deliver it within the next 3 hours.
  
  This is not the first time they make mistakes, last time I made an order but they delivered the wrong item.
  
  Also their prices are higher than all other vape stores.. for what exactly?
