This is by far the best salon I've ever dealt with, the staff are very friendly, and most importantly the services are very good with appropriate cost. For hair keratin treatments they use good products that do not damage the hair, and they are honest with you in regards to the results. I keep coming every time, and I recommend them to all the ladies I know.

I went there once, and I never returned.
The stuff is lazy and clearly they do not like their job.
Had some waxing that went on my purse and jacket!
If you do keratin, be ready to get poisoned by the smell as no real aeration.
For manicure and pedicure, be aware cause they use same tools from a customer to another without changing.
That’s all i think.

Best Salon in Abu Dhabi, Huzama and her staff is brilliant! I highly recommend them for hair, nails, facials. I’ve been there 4 times for highlights, keratin treatments, facials, mani and pedi’s and my hair (natural blond) has always looked superb!!! The staff are friendly and well trained. To all natural blondes looking for Salon to do highlight and colour I HIGHLY Recommend Ladanza.

Complete wreck! Had booked on groupon for waxing.. The staffs don't have customer friendly relation. The female who did my services was very blank. No reactions whatsoever. First time and it won be my last time. I couldn't locate the place cos it was in a different location as compared to what was given on Groupon. I won't refer anyone I swear. It was like I was doing a free service or something.. The staffs should be more professional and friendly.

One word! Disaster! I booked an appointment for 5pm and the lady who actually did my hair at around 5:50pm was just sitting there at the reception so I had no clue she is a hairdresser too. They made me wait 50mins in vein! Needles to say I had somewhere very important to be and didn’t plan loosing that almost 1hr in waiting for “princess” receptionist-hairdresser talking all the time with some friends on the phone to come and do my hair! Then my roots became blond and my hair is brown! What will you do? Why did it happen?? No answer!! I was going to a nervous breakdown! I had no time to fix anything! Wanted to go to the toilet it was blocked with something looking like vomit inside but no one warned me not to go! Just said the toilet is there. The saloon is really old and crappy too. I had to get some Brazilian mask too. Didn’t get it. Overall huge stress for me! And if I’m writing here now which I mostly do for positive feedback to support hard working people then you can think for yourself! Just don’t get that Groupon girls! Don’t!

The staffs are quite good. Eyebrows threader was a pro. Receptionist was lovely. Wax lady, Linda was quite moody and almost upset. I was hesitant when she was the one supposed to the wax.But, she is actually VERY GOOD at her work. patient, calm, attentive and it hurt muchh less than other places. All in all, every girl is very good at her work, but the mood is kind of somber, upset. Management should look into what can he do to improve their spirits

This was my first time to the salon and the service was horrible. I have taken the groupon coupon for waxing service. The staff named joey or joelle ( not sure ) she did the waxing service and did roughly on me , also she was checking her phone and chatting while the service was going on. My both underarm is now burnt and have dark patches now. I am undergoing treatment for it. My friend also did same service and her skin is peeling off from the arm and legs. WORST SERVICE and DISAPPOINTED. This salon doesnt even deserve that one star.

Terrible, my hair looked damaged/burnt after doing Keratin treatment with them and they did not seem to care, they just had an ''oh well, we can't do anything about it now'' pay up attitude! Simply put It was a cheap keratin product and the girl doing my hair did not seem to know what she was doing!

Lovely owners and staff. Very pleasant and courteous and they listen to what you want. It's not usually hard to get appointments but they will easily accommodate walk ins. Check out cobone for their insane deals on most services. Totally worth the money!

not recommended AT ALL !! a very bad place. the staff and the owner of the salon are all rude. I book an appointment for waxing; after waiting for 45 minutes (no one apologized) I got a burn (first degree), now I'm on treatment; the burn needs few days or maybe more to heal. Very unqualified, very unprofessional. please DO NEVER EVER VISIT THIS TERRIBLE PLACE.

The place was decent but the staff were rude. I don't recommend this place to anyone specially non Filipino. They will talk behind your back and I am Filipino and they even tried to do it to us. Eyelashes looks very fake but the mani-pedi they did a good job. All and all the atmosphere was bad.

Worst experience ever. I called for an appointment through a groupon offer. As soon I arrived to the salon, I was told I had to wait 1 hour as everyone was busy!!!! They had let in people whose appointments start after me and I had already called confirming I'll be there in 10 minutes. Then, I called the manager and she said let me see what I can do. What she did. NOTHING!!! Actually, she called the staff and told them I had to wait am hour and didn't even bother to call me back.. I called her saying I would never return to that salon again and her reply was: "YOUR WELCOME". I have never ever been so frustrated given I was only in Abu Dhabi for that evening and had work in Dubai next day with all other salons being fully booked for the day!!! No sense of CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE whatsover. PS. I rarely every give bad reviews but that experience made my whole day go BAD!
