The place is great, good service, the food is amazing and the deserts are massive. Only black spot, we mentioned at the beginning that we would need to split the bills with copies of the receipts, and when it came to it we payd and got only 4 receipts when we were 5. I went to the bar to ask for an extra copy and the waitress looked really annoyed, she rolled her eyes up really obviously. I work in service, I know how it can be but this is just not acceptable in front of customer, especially for something as ridiculous as printing an extra copy of a receipt that we should have received in the first place. The attention to details is the definition of a quality service.

We came for a desert only and we were fulfilled. The hot chocolate mousse and its tonka ice-cream were just gorgeous. Service as well as lemon and fresh ginger tea simple but perfect.

The place was nice, but i didnt like food at all and I didn't the resturant service. Also the menu was not clear for me. I hope if there was some food picture or iPad so I can see what am going to eat like what other resturant do.

Overall the food is very good! However, i was craving a Foie Gras and was very disappointed in their dish. But the meat was delicious and the place is very pretty

The food is great. I was at first put off by the staff, but I was contacted by the management and on my second visit I was very pleased. Definitely one of my favorite places in Dubai.

I just walked out and what a disappointment.. after makig reservation on the phone a misunderstanding occured in regardings the indoor seating! The"manager" whom she repeated and emphasied her position three times instead of solving the problem of seating us indoors implied that i was a liar and called me aggressive three times while she was the one extremely rude and agressive! I must say lacantine ur manager is an angry woman! After i requested her politely if she can find me a table inside! She kicked us out! Asking us to find somewhere else.. Shame shame on u careful who represents your name lacantine!

I came here with my friends and I just want to say thank you to all the team of this marvelous place. The food (especially the Pizza and The Short Ribs) is something which somebody should not miss. Their signature cocktails are good and they are having also an affordable wine list. I will definitely come back every single time i will be back in Dubai. La Cantine: YOU ROCK!!

One of the most happening restaurant in town! La Cantine's location, food and service will make you visit the place over and over again. Those who haven't been there yet should definitely go there and I bet you wont regret.

Genuinely one of the tastiest places in Dubai, amazing food and great atmosphere. Love the music from the DJ and the staff were fantastic. This place gets full so it is better to book ahead. I seriously can't repeat enough how good the food is here, every order of the menu tasted exquisite and I can't wait to go there again.

Really cool place to spend your late evening! Fresh oysters were served at the bar as all tables were occupied. Good wine per glasses. Cool dancing music from DJ. One moment it became overcrowded but anyway you can be denied with entrance (FC/DC).

Don't order a steak, they just don't know what it is or how it is done right. Lovely view and nice music. Arrogant waiter named Angel just decided to bring us the bill without asking us and we spend 4 digit number in that place.

When you have a usd120 steak on the menu, you make sure your chef knows how to cook it. And if a customer complains, then address it with corrective action, and not arrogance.

a great place where i always enjoy the music and my time! the place has outdoor and indoor seating and you can only book for dinner and not for drinks. policy at the door is smart casual and unless it's the weekend you won't face problems getting in.
