Very bad customer service. The lady at the counter was talking like she was doing us a favour . The Haircut was expensive and for spending that kind of money I would at least expect the lady at the reception not to be rude. They really need to change her if they want repeat customers.

I have got a groupon voucher for a maroccan bath, mani and pedi .
I wanna mention that i hardly complain, but that was THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
The maroccan bath was good, done by a filipina lady, no complain about her.
The mani and pedi were done by 2 Indian ladies with no experience, not English speakers, hardly understanding me. They didn't know how to remove the dry skin, how to apply the nail polish, as they have never did it in their life and took them 2 hours for a mani/pedi!!!
When I spoke with the person in charge, she did not even listen to me, but her answer was: " did you buy the glove for the maroccan bath? it is 20 aed" !! she did no effort to apologize or to calm me down at all.response / report this review
