-Very interesting way to exercise..
- for ladies only..
- the one class in 45 minutes..
- max 10 persons per class..
- almost a class every hour ( different types of classes ).
- the price for one class is 125 Dhs and there is different packages .
- also there is a juice bar ..

Very cute little spot. More vigorous workout than I thought it would be, which was a nice surprise. We switched between stationary bikes, trampolines, weights and boxing - all performed in the water. Remember to pack a pair of shorts to wear in the water, bikinis aren't allowed
