  Location is incorrect. They will forc3 you to take their services for printing, even you have it already, they might get commision on it. It doesnt look office at all from outside. Only one counter is working.

  I went 5 times,,to renew passport ,first time they checked my doc said they need old pp,sec time i went they told ,,only expired pp they take,third after expired i went ,,becuase of ramadan they closed ,,after vecation again i went 2,3 times ,they did put any notice when they re open,,all office opened in dubai,,

  I would like to say thanks to the typing staff they are very supportive and stress free unlike any other offices. Photo can take inside the same office if you required.more over not that much croud.BLS two lady staffs are good to handle and the first lady she given brief explanation about the issues may come afterwards in the passport if the information missed or wrong

  stafs work very slowly . especially the 2 girls who collect the passport in the end are the slowest women's in the world. they just keep talking to each others. and remember if you plan on visiting, then make sure you get there before 8am. it takes 4 to 5hrs to complete your submission. and remember the office is hidden in a old building no sign boards for it. you will be lost. got damnnn
