  One of the worst Kitchen supplier in UAE,i recommend to all please don't visit this shop and dont buy anything from them ,they will keep on lieing to buyers to sell their product ,you wont get any support from their end once you bought the machine from them ,they are only making fool selling the worst items to the customers ,they staff behavior(Faris/Ibrahim) is so horrible ,they are shouting to customer specially their technician Ibrahim ,we bought some of the items from their shop ,one of the item its not working properly ,from the day 1 its not working properly when we call them they are blaming us you staffs did something wrong and you should pay for that when the machine under warranty ,you need to beg them to visit your kitchen for the service ,i called more than 25 times after that they send one guy and he don't know how to fix the issues.

  I had bought Ironing machine for my laundry shop and it’s not working properly cause of electricity loading, this machine need 3 phase of electricity and I have single phase in my store, I’ve asked them at the beginning of my purchase ( is that machine need single phase, double phase or three phase?) so the guy who’s the selling manager told me it’s work with single phase but then I figured out it’s not working and it’s useless at my store just like a design, I’ve calling them too many time and always giving me an excuses which is not acceptable.

  We bought this fryer with them. and even after two years, they helped us out in finding spare parts for it. Great customer service a lot of used equipment, and very good price.
