  I bought a luxury mattress in March 21 and I’m not happy at all with it. The mattress has deformed and lost it’s firmness in 4 months only. The after sales service is not good. After the sale they do not give attention or care to fixing the issue urgently or showing care

  Kingkoil expensive mattress that we received from Carrefour Deira was defected. They refused to fix or refund. the Kingkoil customer service team are very rude and can accuse you of the damages which are not your fault. the guy called Gerald is so rude. Please be ware of dealing with them. better not to buy this brand at all with the high price and terrible service.

  If you have the money, you get the best. Or else you will complain about the prices. They are let's say the Bentley of Mattresses. Don't wall in with a Toyota budget.

  Worst money I ever spent! They claim to have standards and sell u the mattress based on health and quality claims but then u receive completely different quality!! You might as well buy yourself a mattress from iKea.. really don't bother. Customer service is not any better neither!! All in all the worst experience I ever had!!
