Just visited kiko MOL and purchased few items too but regretfully the staff are very arrogant and not customer friendly compare to the other beauty shops. Hope they will change their attitude in 2021.

I visited Kiko today and have to admit that I had a very good experience. Upon entering I was greeted by a lovely lady then offered assistance by another. After browsing for a while I asked a young lady who was available at that time to help me choose some make up and she was just fantastic, very friendly and professional. Thank you Kiko, your store has a good vibe.

I’m a fan of Kiko products, but had the absolute worst experience with their staff. A little while back I purchased a setting powder, when I got home to open the box, I discovered that the pot was completely empty. I assumed it was a mistake, maybe I was given one of their testers. I returned the next day to show them what had happened and asked if they could give me another pot. Instead of listening to me they implied I was lying and that they could not make a mistake. I was shocked by their rudeness and decided to reach out to their customer service, who said someone would contact me, no one ever did. I actually use to buy plenty of products from this branch but haven’t returned since and probably won’t again.

As a customer of Kiko Al barsha mall of emirates I was totally surprised by the attitude and attention of the staff/sales lady name Aisha.In spite of the fact that shop was totally empty there were no customers at all and in this tough times she didnt even eager to sell or show me properly the product which I want on top of it her behavior was not up to standards as if she was jut waiting for me go ASAP.
