  The absolute best car rental service I have ever had! From the moment of checking online for information to the Khaleeji 18 Rent A Car, Agreement process was extremely quick and easy. The staff was exceptional! After many years of searching for a good vehicle rental ‘ Khaleeji 18 rent a car ‘ company, I am happy to say I found the best one and that is Khaleeji 18 Rent a car and Staff’s, From great customer service experience to vehicle selection and drop off process.

  Khaleeji 18 Rent A Car was great. The car was clean and well maintained. Every staff member I saw made eye contact and was friendly and professional. Great price. Good car. Great people. What more do you need when renting a car?

  Great staff, ease of check in. So far my experience with Khaleeji 18 Rent a car has been exceptional. From the friendliness and professionalism of staff to vehicle cleanliness...my agent covered everything up to and including personally selecting and bringing me a vehicle that suited my needs. Drop off service was also quick and courteous.

  The new team is not as professional in responding and communicating as the previous one. It took them a full day to tell me all their cars are booked.
  
  Their cars are smelly, not maintained well, and always come with an empty tank. They would even give you a price and you’ll discover someone else got it cheaper - just by looking at the receipts that are left in the car by previous customers.
  
  I hope they improve their service to customers as their location is convenient.
