I went from loving KCal and promoting them to my friends to being utterly disappointed. For the 2nd time in a month, I have not yet received my order after almost 90min! Last time, they ultimately cancelled it and I ended up skipping lunch as I had to go to a meeting. Today, I have to go eat outside when I wanted to gain time and eat at the office. And to make things worse, when you call the number listed on the Contact Us page, someone will tell you, sorry we don't work for the restaurant, we will need to contact our colleagues and find out what is happening. So sad that such vibrant brands cannot maintain consistency in their service levels.
UPDATE: 2 hours after the order, the restaurant manager calls me to tell me she cannot find the driver! So she will send another meal in 5 min! Two absurdities: how can you NOT find your driver? how can you promise to cook a new meal, pack it and deliver it in 5 MINUTES? If you can do it in 5 min, then why do you communicate 30-45min in the first place. Such a poor handling of a customer complaint!

worst place ever!! the prices are increasing and not even worth the taste. Today, I placed a delivery. I asked for two things: 1). a 100 dirhams change and 2). mustard instead of a dressing. The delivery took almost an hour to arrive. The delivery man arrived with no change. My sandwich arrived with no mustard and no dressing - ended up eating a dry chicken sandwich with no taste what is so ever. This place is definitely below expectations and I do not recommend it.

I order from them occasionally, but they keep increasing prices all the time and I really have doubts about information on proteins, fats and carbs, I mean serious doubts that information is actually genuine. Delivery usually is fast, if they are some issues with the order they always assist and nice on the phone. Few dessert options but there are some great ones to try 😝

Great food as always. But not a great place for dining in as that location is mostly for deliveries and there are always drivers hanging around there.

The taste of food was horrible most of the times. Especially the chicken as it is never fresh and tasted very bad when reheated. Any dishes that didn't contain chicken were ok but the minute they send this old tasting chicken i used to wanna vomit.
I also experienced food poisoning from m their food during that month for at least 2 times.
I will never order again.

I've only had delivery and I enjoyed it. Good salads and sandwiches at reasonable prices and apparently they're like "healthy" or something.

Disclaimer: This review is based solely on a single delivery of a Choco Peanut Shake.

I found KCal while searching for a healthy food option nearby my office. I ordered a Choco Peanut Regular Shake, and within 20 mins, the shake was delivered.

While Kcal deserves praise for its fast delivery and the neat spill proof packaging, who delivers a shake without a straw? Luckily, I had a straw lying around, from an earlier food delivery.

The shake tasted nothing like a shake should taste. It was a watered down version of a chocolate drink with a slight hint of peanuts. There was not even a slight resmblance in taste to the many whey protein drinks I have had before.
