Gold is a super expensive item so when we buy this item, we want to keep visiting stores, compare as much as possible but Nazlima is such an amazing sales person we couldn’t do anything other than buying from her. Don’t want to say how much we bought but we bought a lot, and couldn’t go to any store just because of Nazlima. She is amazing, she has all the best qualifications to be a perfect to sale and satisfy a customer. We became her loyal customer and went back next day to buy more than what we bought first day. Go find Nazlima and you can trust her.

This is one of the best store in the entire Dubai Gold Souk. I came back after 4 years and they truly appreciated me as a customer. I wound up exchanging some old jewelry and bought twice as much as I came for. Wasim Ahmed is truly helped me assist with my requirements. I highly recommend their team for any gold purchases. A++

Best Shoppe in terms of buying jewellery in Dubai .They have veriety of design folllowed by decent making charges . Teams are very polite so customer satisfaction during buying is amazing . Highly recommended.

This is my second visit to Kanz. I went back as their service was exceptional in 2019 and the prices were very competitive.
Walking around in the souk it can be very intimidating with the number of options and what store to trust etc
This time I was served by a Sri lankan manager (I forgot to take down his name).
He was fabulous, so helpful and made sure i understand every detailed calculation before I left the store.
Very polite and friendly service.

This is located in gold souk in Dubai.
There is lots of shopes under that area.
But I liked jewellery in this shop is very good.
They have all types of jewellery like 18 /21/22/24====karat.
Designs are good.
Prices are proper for gold but making is more higher in others shop while here they adjust.
Find easy to buy from them.
They attend very well to customers.

Arjun sharma must a be a floor manager is very rude shows attitude I had liked an item but because of his rudeness we left the store Doesn't know how to talk to customer.. I think he doesn't even know the difference between a mercedes and gold He needs to take coaching classes Wasted my 2 hours of time

Extremely bad after sales services. If you go back to them with any problem in the jewellery, they give you a very bad attitude. A definite NO for this place. We purchased earings from there and noticed a defect afterwards. When we went back to them, they were acting as if so what? We dont care, especially a Manager named Suresh.

I visited Kanz's main store on 4/28/2017 to purchase bangles and an anklet. The Retail sales officer Mr. Mudasir assisted me. He was wonderful and took the time to answer all my inquires regarding my purchases. He is very sweet and he deserves a promotion.
