General Doctor Kiran is good in all ways.
He is humble and friendly.

I had visited a gynaecologist, forgot her name, but in room #12, she was rude, talks as if she is my boss, doesn't like to hear doubts. I had an infection, upon checking she gave me the medicine. But then she said u need Sonography, I was weak at that time and agreed. She did 10 seconds Sonography and costed me aed 250! She sent my samples for laboratory and then told me to go to Bur Dubai for a different test which will cost aed 700-800 ! I said first let's get the report from this test then if needed I will do the other test in bur Dubai. She said why u will wait? Go now. I didn't go, however my report çâme and I had no infection they said and the medicine she prescribed healed me already in two days while waiting for the report.
This is a money making business hub. Ridiculous doctor. Shame on u. Worst clinic.response / report this review -

Very bad experience. I visited this clinic day before yesterday at 8:30 P.m as my child was having very high fever and the person who is sitting at next to reception with Beard refused me to meet the doctor. Clinic closing timing is 9:00 pm and I requested him my child is having very high fever and his response was nothing and told me visit another clinic as doctors needs to Leave by 9:00 for home. I was surprised with his behaviour and than request to the Philipino lady sitting at reception and as per them meet the GP doctor. I will high light this to Jupiter management also

We visited this clinic today with my younger son 4.5 years old with severe fever. We had very bad experience from the nurses and clinic. When we checked the temp his temp was 38 deg and waiting to meet doctor there for more than an hour after we met doctor he prescribed the medicine. During that time my kid started shivering and we asked the nurse to give him a first aid some adol or suppository to keep his temp down. But they replied they are not keeping any medicine there. So if you are visiting, keep first aid with you ;). When I went the pharmacy next door and there was a huge quote for approvals. Better avoid visiting this clinic if you are sick and looking for better treatment. Worst Clinic for ever.

We visited the clinic for the pediatrician Dr. Jimmy John as recommended by our friend. Overall service was good from the reception to the doctor. As we didn't take a prior appointment we had to wait for 1 hour which was okay for us. The doctor was really helpful and as we didn't have a medical insurence, he prescribed affordable medicines. There are about 4-5 people in reception area for enquiries, registration and insurance. It was worth visiting the clinic.

worst experience ever !!
the reception area has the worst service ever the fact that they aren't giving the lab test results upon you're registration then when you're with the doctor and they would ask for the results you have to go back to line in the reception to ask for the results and again yoi have to wait when you can see the doctor who wouldn't even try to check the records they have and would just talk and talk to someone on their mobiles while they have a patient!! worst clinic ever. they will alsontell that they called to inform that the tests was not approved by the insurance and yet i didn't received any calls or notification on my mail.i wouldn't refer this to anyone i know and won't come back for any consultation again.response / report this review -

There is an advice for Jupiter management.
The lady staff inJupiter is disgusting to be precise theirs one obese and not so beautiful lady who has no manners and has no proper way to talk to customers. Jupiter will lose many customers because of this lady nurse. Other staffs are Good I like them. But her, she dnt have manners how's to talk with the other staffs also I have seen her behaving with them as if they are slaves.. Its a request to the management to do some need full changes as soon as possible with that lady staff whose name starts with 'A' Due to good doctors we are coming there.

Nurses are very rude and unfriendly, especially. One short fair nurse, yesterday I went first time to the clinic, for my son.3years Dr recommended some blood test, the nurse she is very rude, no smiling, no communication, and a pick my sonhand with 5cc syringe 💉 usually for pediatric scalp vein using, today my son hand he cannot move comfortably and alsowith bluish discoloration, please train ur nurse how to treat the patients.

I am staying in the same area and being new to dubai I was kind of lost searching for good Dr atleast for minor weather changes health issues. I have visited this clinic with fever worst cold sore throat following weakness nd eyes discomfort. Dr Rajesh was amazing Gp I met nd next day itself I was feeling much better.Staffs were very helpful evrything was being taken care. I also had a very good experience with their dermatologist. I am glad I got good Dr near my home and my insurance is also being taken care.

Horrible clinic with the worst experience ever! From the GM to the insurance representative to the nurse do not realize what their role is and how they should be performing their tasks. The clinic in Karama has a Nurse Ambli who is more interested in the type of insurance we hold, the Insurance representative Rajesh tells the patients to get approvals and recommendations from insurance and get back to him and all the people in senior management are not available for general masses. Highly recommend you do NOT step your feet into this clinic as they hold no emplathy for what the patient is going through rather interested in monetary gains.
