  horrible .. they had my lap top for a month which was under warranty , they kept it for a month and they didnt fix it gave me back with the same problem i still have the warranty ,,

  Very crooked. They claimed to fix my phone in one day and email me cost estimate first. Its been 1 week and no email. They have my phone and I'm out of country and when I get back these morons better have my phone. Btw. Never purchase a warranty or service plan here. Will get ripped off

  The worst store there is this guy who tells me that my xbox one console will work at 4k where add it can not bunch of idiots and cons people never but anything from any jumbo electronics branch.

  WORST ELECTRONICS STORE,DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE ANY MOBILE,I BOUGHT A PHONE AND WAS HAVING A MAJOR COMPLAINT WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AFTER A WEEK THE SALESMAN WHO SOLD ME THE PHONE DID SOMETHING AND SAID NOW IT IS OK,BUT WHEN I GOT BACK HOME AND SAY THE SAME PROBLEM CAME UP I WENT BACK TO JMBO STORE IN SHARJAH CITY CENTRE AND THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND IT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AND I WILL GET A CALL IN 7-14 WORKING DAYS,A GUY FROM THE SERVICE CENTER CALLED ME UP AND SAID THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING AS I HAVE COME AFTER 7 DAYS AND I HAVE TO CHECK WITH JUMBO ONLY.I SPOKE THE THE OULET'S MANAGER AND HE PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL DO THE NEEDFUL AND CALL ME BACK IN A DAY BUT NOBODY CALLED FROM JUMBO AND LIKE A FOOL I ONLY CALLED UP TO ENQUIRE AND WAS TOLD MY PHONE I READY AND I CAN PICK IT UP.VERY POOR SERVICE AND THEY ARE SELLING FAULTY MODELS.ACTUALLY I GAVE ZERO STARS TO THEM
