  Waste of space.
  No technician available for service.
  They don't fix all of the brands the store sells. Meaning they have to send products to Dubai for 14 days. By which you'd have missed deadlines.
  They also claim they have to delete all data even when it's an unrelated issue (I needed a new battery, but somehow that's reason to format??). To sum it all, it's a horror show.

  Very poor customer service. No organized way of handling customers. When you step in you have no clue when is your turn. There are customers sitting on the sofa and you have no idea what to do. Then you hear the guy behind the counter saying a bit harsh and in a very bad tone “sit there pls, there are other customers waiting before you”. Well, you do not know how to have the queue system, you haven’t kept a token system and you are blaming us??? So bad!!!!

  Very Bad Experience
  
  I went there to enquire about a spare for Sony Mirrorless Camera since they are the only reseller for Sony Accessories in UAE. They were not even interested to check and share whether the accessory I'm looking for is available or not.
  After requesting twice, they shared a piece of paper and asked to write down the required accessories and they told they will contact in maximum 48 hours.
  They never contacted me for 3 days, and once I called them, I came to know that they dont even have the details of my request with them.

  I gave them my SONY camera for repair and they repaired it probably. I was worry that it can not be repaired and that I have to buy a new camera, but Al Hamdullelah it is working fine now. Service charges reasonable
