  I requested a quote for my Ikea sofa covers. They said they will give me a quote based on the size and many cover pieces there were, so they came to remove my covers and promised to give me a quote that afternoon.
  
  They did not send me a quote as promised, so the next morning I went to ask for the quote. The price was too high and I informed them that I DIDN’T want to proceed with the cleaning.
  
  However, they cleaned my covers anyway and are now charging me for it. They refuse to give my covers back until I pay for a job I didn’t even request or consent to.
  
  ESSENTIALLY, THEY HAVE STOLEN MY SOFA COVERS!!!

  Very, very bad service. They've damaged my husband brand new trousers, they damage my suit jacket, my daughter cocktail dress & bad ironed few other clothes and when I have asked to see a manager, he never call me and nobody from the company got in touch with us!
  One day, I have met the man who was doing the pick up & when I have asked him why nobody got back to me after the horrible service, he replied: "I am not the owner and it's not my company, there is nothing I can do for you"
  Unbelievable but I will definitively never give them a thing anymore to dry clean.
  JEEVES, you are not correct with your clients.

  Bad! Bad! Bad! The folks at DIFC lost my shirt. It has been a week and it hasn't been found. Advice: don't deal with them. And I begged them to
  Deliver my clothes on a Saturday night. I was freaking coz I had work day the next day.
