Mediocre at best. The hotel does not stock black tea only chamomile or green. The room was not very clean. Minimal toiletries provided only a shower cap and one toothbrush. No laundry bag in the room. And apparently you need to schedule for your room to be cleaned. We arrived back after 3 to find the room still not cleaned and had to wait in the lobby while it was being done at our request. Had the view of a rundown abandoned building. Not a relaxing place.

For a supposed 5* hotel, compared to previous 5* hotel experiences I was not sold. Staff were not very friendly or eager to help. There were no info nor menu pages regarding anything in the room, the phone was so confusing to use OMG I couldn't even dial to get to reception, the breakfast was very poor; not much variety and looked very sad. Also, there were only two waiters clearing and it was CHAOTIC and we could never get a clean table! The only thing I liked was the gold finishings in our room and on the slippers (but simply because I'm into pretty things like that).. Oh yes, I had a blast evening swim in their pool, on the rooftop mind you.

I am a frequent visitor in this property and some of my views are here.Very good room service. Especially roomboy Mr Hardik on leventh floor was very helpful for us for immediate response. the restaurent staff also very cooperative and doing good job

Great hotel. I was suprised about the Karims! Service was great. Negative was the internet access and the parking. Not as supposed to be. Internet was limited to 2 devices plus sometines it didnt work. Parking spots was limited.

Exellent hotel with great rooms and hotel staff. Complimentary access to a private Happiness Island by hotel's private boat. Spacious well cleaned rooms. Free parking basement. Rooftop swimming pool, gym and jacuzzis.
