I had seen this place during its prime years being when there was no mainstream setups. Cars could camp where they wanted etc. But it's all commercialised now. The police are very hardworking and patrol the areas for littering and other things. You definitely see way more stars up here and the view is great.

Worth the drive up. If you are into drivingrent a nice car and get up there. 2 hours from Dubai but the new roads there are superb and any enthusiasts dream Beautiful windy roads and good amenities up top. All very new, but can see this being a very popular and busy spot for tourism. Enjoy it before it gets crowded Esp if you can rent a super/sports car for it.

the govt. still needs to improve the mountain top in terms of hospitality and services.good restaurants, cafes or restrooms have to be provided for the tourists

Nice parking, almost TOP of the mountain where you can drive upto. YOU DONT NEED AN SUV. Sedan will still do.

Spot to get tea, coffee, snacks, water etc. Washrooms. Seating area. Much needed in this place..
