Only we were visiting the Mall because we have a birthday party there. It’s ok, very strange composition inside the Mall. For diary if you need something it’s ok.
Great service and very welcoming staff; the place is absolutely clean. However, the cheesecake and milktea needs improvement Overall, it's a good place to chill or talk/meet with a friend.
This is a very small mall, but nice enough to get what you need, and well maintained. Supermarket and a cafe and a Johnny rockets. As well as other shops.
In all honesty - I just went to Johnny Rockets in this mall. That's all, it was awesome. It seems like a decent mall for anyone who life's close by who needs to pop in quick for the basic necessities.
Went there for a double session of Laser Tag with my little buddy. Good fun. Left us a bit sweaty. And quite well-priced. Especially since we ended up being the only two players!
Very limited shops including a supermarket, pharmacy, phone shop and olive oil and vinegar shop with cheeky monkey and a laser tag. Underground parking is very narrow for an SUV.
Mall at al wasal road. Small and good.
Nice play area for the kids on the 3rd floor. New and clean
Has all the essentials for the Umm Suqeim Community
J3 Mall is one of Dubai's older, small local malls. It has been struggling with occupancy for many years. It now and currently survives in the most part thanks to a mid-sized Choithram Supermarket and a Johnny Rocket's burger joint, neither of which are particularly busy but do drive some traffic to the mall. Otherwise little to find beyond a school uniform supplier and some local support retailers. There is also currently a Tim Hortons cafe here.
It’s a good and nice for family peoples
It's convenient to do simple stuff like quick haircut, grab a bite at Johnny Rockets, groceries or even pharmacy needs
Choitrams , Aster, Ansari and cheeky monkeys thats all
Great mall for getting pampered at the salon and grabbing food after
First and last time I will visit this place. Parking so cramped and not alot of places to park. And on top of that I had to pay for it. The mall has such a strange layout and it also felt cramped.
Very limited shops including a supermarket, pharmacy, phone shop and oil and vinegar shop with cheeky monkey and a laser tag. Underground parking is very narrow for an SUV.
The J3 Mall is a convenient "mini-mall" in the Umm Sequim area. It has a small underground parking lot and some outside street parking and has a fairly good supermarket (Choithrams), some good food places like Tim Horton's, Andella's Flatbread and a burger joint as well as a gym, kiddies play area, pharmacy and a few other.
The mall itself appeared rather clean when we visited.
Totally terrible place.. just choitram and Tim Horton's are the only good things in the place
Has a bit of everything. Perfect strip mall.
Coffee to grocery to pharmacy to beauty to playarea to exchange.
Beautiful mall with some interesting shops to visit. However restricting the parking time for 3 hours only is not really enough especially if you need to do some shopping and then stay for a cup of coffee.
Handy shopping mall if you live in the area. All conveniences available (And Sandellas do a good chicken wrap!)
Very nice non traditional mall. It has creative shop.
