  Had an appointment at 4, no one came no one answered my 100 calls no one responded to the many what's up messages. Not reliable at all. It is unfortunate that review system force me to give a star they deserve zero

  I did home PCR and they lost my swap and when I called them they come and take another swap and promise to get the results fast but nothing done they treat it as normal
