  My iqos was not working and came to Dubai Mall store to fix it. Hossam was so helpful, described us the problem patiently, gave us advices for the better usage and took care of my iqos. I advice you to take your iqos especially to this store and ask for Hossam to help you :)

  Very rude and impolite staff. For simple question if they can clean my device (promised lifetime worldwide cleaning by IQOS Malaysia) been sent country where i bought it or buy new device. My iqos still on warranty tho.

  Great shop, attentive staff. We came with the malfunction of the iqos they have replaced it due to the warranty. The staff will ask you questions in order to get into the root of the problem, always attentive, and customer oriented.
  Great choices of products, new iqos systems. Overall I recommend this store, even if it’s busier comparing to other iqos stores.

  I went to clean my stick and to buy the new iqos. Cleaning wasn’t available so i had to buy the cleaner for 20dhs and do my self then i bought the new iqos which was most colours sold out only green green colour available. I was served by Tunisian guy who was rude and didn’t meet my expectations as an iqos senior sales which i met worldwide. He refused to let me try and also to explain about the nee iqos which i just bought!

  My iqos quit working and i went there to buy a new one, the lady who took care of me was very nice she checked my iqos if it’s still under warranty or not and it was. So she replaced my iqos with in few minutes. Thank you perfect service.
