I was so pleased with my experience with InkMash despite one glitch as their team recovered the mistake in a very professional and swift manner.
First, I chose them for the simplicity of using their website to create the designs I wanted. Just great and super fun with previews so that you are sure about what the end product will look like. Then, I received what I ordered in a matter of 2 days! Finally I found the quality of the tshirt itself and the prints absolutely great.
They were so nicely folded that I did not take them out of their plastic package (pic attached). However, when I gave them as a gift to my husband and as he opened it, I was disappointed to see there was a print missing in the back of one t-shirt.
Nevertheless, I am still giving 5 stars to this service for the quality and for their recovery, as they sent someone to pick up the t-shirt the next day and I received it with the print the same evening! Pretty neat, thank you!response / report this review -

Had a couple of t-shirts printed from them. Great quality. I was so happy with them! They looked amazing. The delivery was fast too. Planning to print more t-shirts sometime.

I ordered mugs and T-shirts and they all turned out really well. The delivery was very prompt and when I called for advice about my prints it was handled professionally. I will return for more personalised gifts for sure!

The print I ordered on a mug turned out great, I had to make some changes and they were very helpful with the overall process. It was all done in a timely fashion and I'm very satisfied with their services! Probably will be getting more custom printed items from them again

I found the staff to be polite, but the company initially failed to deliver a quality product (the products I ordered were incorrect, with obvious misprints and discolorations). It took a full month to get the product to me with correct coloration. I was unhappy with the delivery date and product delivered, and when I asked about cancelling my order they fully refunded my order in addition to sending me the correct covers. I was treated the way I would treat people if I owned my own business. Highly recommend them as a company.

Wanted to order a custom hoodie as a gift for a friend before I left Dubai, and I made sure to place my order 5 days before my flight just to be sure, however due to the unavailability of stock and delayed communication of the workers, my order was cancelled twice and after calling multiple times was offered an alternative AED 55 more expensive than my original request 1 and a half days before I had to leave. Ended up without a present!
Friendly staff, however customer service is terrible. Review based purely on this experience and not on the quality of the products.response / report this review -
