Extremely poor performance.
It's supposed to open at 8 a.m. most people knowing the ISC behaviour were there at 7.30. yet it was a disaster..the staff there complained and whined about his work load and the printers not working and hence no token could be issued. He says the people could register complains to a number displayed on the board.. You think it worked???

Very Active Social Centre. Lots of activities and programs takes place every week makes it a meeting place for most of the families to spend some time together.

BLS visa and passport service center. No proper typing center for making applications or photo copies. But otherwise service is good.

Very good staff with BLS international. Today I had a very nice experience. I was informed by the staff that they accept applications up to 6:30 pm for passport renewal @ AED 341 for adult & AED 246 for child. Urgent Photos 6 copies for AED 30

ISC is now moved to this place. It's good place for passport formalities for Indians. You can get many helps and guidance for many issues like legal issues, labour issues,etc. as it is a big community of people from all over India. Also you can find many entertainment options there like cultural events, sports tournaments, etc

It's a new premises. Work is still in progress. It's a much better building than the old one. Location is also fine. There is adequate space around the building. Passport renewal office is much better than the previous one. Overall an improvement but there is a lot more which needs to be done.

Opens two times for document submission, 8 to 13 & 16 to 18, better to go early morning. It is crowded. It is better get typing done from outside, it will save lots of time.
