Uncontrollable and rambunctious guests!

I'm all for people and communities gathering to celebrate occasions or just to commune in one accord. I respect this wholeheartedly.

I understand that sometimes large crowds gather and inevitably noise is produced - HOWEVER, once the event or meetings have concluded and the guests have gathered outside the building, it is incredibly rude, not to mention disturbing even that the guests will block the road with their cars, REV their engines, shout and scream as if they aren't in a residential area and BLAST music at ridiculously loud levels. All of these disruptive behaviors begin from the evening and can even run well past midnight.

Your guests have no consideration for the people living in this area. PLEASE, keep in mind that this is a RESIDENTIAL AREA. There are folks here who've been working all day and are trying to get a decent rest! How much more annoying do you think this is for families with young children?

We have tried time and time again to be patient and understanding but honestly nothing has changed, there is no crowd control nor is there any respect from the guests towards the people living here who are trying to rest because they have jobs and school early in the morning.

If this continues to happen we will have no choice but to complain to the municipality.
