Its the worst service ever, I come here for my Doctor but if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t step in this clinic. The receptionists are too slow with the amount of patients they have, they keep taking breaks, they come late + they keep talking to each other regardless of the 50 patients that are waiting. The waiting time is atleast 30 min if you’re lucky! This is really annoying + they accept walk ins and you just keep waiting for no reason! Unfortunately I am one of the first patients since they started the clinic but really for the past 14 years or so they NEVER solved this issue regardless of the amount of comments we give them like seriously work on this please. You have the employees you have everything but you’re too slow!

Fix your Toll free number (80042532) it doesn't work. Been trying to call all day and it's either not available or says "wrong choice" when select language. Please advice how to contact the hospital and make appointments

It’s my reference for my blood test.. actually it is one of the most people come for treatment in AbuDhabi. All diabetic patients referred them here also..it has male and female doctors. Also the place has a small canteen for breakfast.

If you want to get the medication you have to wait at least an hour and a half. Extremely unprofessional! This is my third time and it has been worse every single time. As a matter of fact, in busy days, patients have to wait 4-6 hours minimum. Patients are complaining especially the elderly but nothing is happening.
I honestly have never encountered a hospital with a service as terrible as Imperial college london.response / report this review -

The worst Hospital to organize appointment, either you come on time or before time. You will wait at least 30min after your appointment and that if you are pushy otherwise they will forget you.

Visiting ICLDC for last seven years, met Dr Asjad in 2009, never had to think of changing my Diabitologist, even visiting ICLDC from Dubai every 2Months for the follow ups, Dr. Asjad is creative, humble, helpful, empathic, and passionate Dr who cares for his patients individually, he is the best!
ICLDC facility is world class, I am a quality conscious person, I experienced quality, structured and methodical approaches the way the facility is managed and highly recommend it.response / report this review -
