The staff are really accommodating and very helpful despite working under extreme pressure. I appreciate the excellent service I received. Thank you for your assistance during very trying times.

Was here for necessary fingerprints work for Emirates ID,visa.Good thing is they start very early at 7.30 a.m.and I didn't have to wait. But the fingerprints reports, internal movement to ICA is bit slow as even after 4 weeks its still to reach them (as per ICA website's Emirates Id status record!)

Due to the virus getting entry is very difficult these days. And at day times there is a hell of a crowd at the entry points.

I can't understand why they employ the people who don't know how to speak english? Expatriates population is larger than their very own population, even then they hire employees who don't even know basic english. Also, many of the employees are ill-informed. No one knows the new rules that are implemented every year and this leads to spreading wrong information. And also regarding the emirates post officr within the immigration office yard, the employees working in that post office are pure racists! The employees treat the nationals with utmost respect whereas the people who are expatriates and don't know how to speak english, they misuse their authority against them. Please teach them some manners.

The receptionist doesn't know where to transfer and doesn't even wait for you finish what your saying so that at least he knows what's the reason you're calling! Such a waste of money to pay an employee!
