    The website lacks complete information, and there’s no phone inquiry option if you call no use, which makes planning a bit challenging. Here are some tips if you’re visiting for attestation services:

    1. Documents to Bring: Make sure to bring the original and a copy of your passport, Emirates ID, and documents needing attestation. You can make copies at the center (AED 1 for a copy and AED 2 for printing), but bringing them along can save time.
    2. Appointments and Premium Service(AED 119.70) : Booking an appointment in advance is helpful. While premium service is available, be cautious—if you arrive without an appointment, they may enroll you in the premium service without clearly informing you. Unfortunately, this premium option doesn’t necessarily save time; you may still face long waiting periods but you can receive the documents same day.
    3. Reception and Information: The lack of a proper reception and no information desk adds to the confusion.

    Overall, being prepared can help, but the service could improve in transparency and efficiency.

Special thanks to Subashini for her exceptional efforts and for being so accommodating to our needs. My documents were not in order, but she ensured everything was sorted quickly and efficiently.     Its fortunate for me to visit today as they do the inauguration for the new office premises. All were recieving the official guests, however, they made sure the customers are guided appropriately. Since it was an inaugural day they served some snacks and beverages even for the customers. Appreciate it. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Kudos to the team..!!!

    I couldn't get an appointment so I had to walk-in. For walk-in they send you to the premier lounge (fair enough). They charge you extra but at the same time they provide great service. I was in and out within 20mins (that includes 5 mins I had to wait in line for a copy that I forgot to take.) The lady (Shahera) was very professional, patient and provided good service. I finished my work even before the ones who had an appointment.
    I gave one star less because the Appointment system is not working very well. I did not receive any email despite booking a slot.

    It was absolutely an amazing experience dealing with such a nice, polite & extremely helpful staff here @ IVS especially knowing the hardships which a very senior citizen normally goes through in general. Ms Neda & her colleague Rizvi made such an wonderful experience for my dad aged 89 yrs towards not only making his LICE CERTIFICATE so quick but was impressed with the very heartfelt warm welcome & superb reception that they gave …. I don’t have enough words that coukd match or describe our experience. God bless them & they certainly are a great asset to IVS….. lots of regards to NEDA mam & her solid staff here in dubai …

    Even 2.9 star rating won't push them to improve. They are enjoying because they have been allotted government jobs to perform.
    They are charging to customers left and right. Even they'll give a plastic folder for AED 4.20 forcibly. They don't bother if you care for environment. Upon asking, they reply "It is mandatory to provide plastic folder, Management's instruction"...... Wow!!!

    I'm not satisfied thier services. When i try to enquire the queries via phone call is not connected.. Automated call we didn't get much information from the end. The attestation price higher compare to other service.. Example educational certificate attestation rate is here 620AED (2 weeks) others are 540AED (2 weeks) .. They display fees for various attention but that is too old. ( maybe their marketing trick )

    I would say IVS service has been improved compared to last year. When I visited 2-3 years ago, there was no appointment system. Take token and wait ………

    Now online appoint system available for Dubai branch and service is getting better even though it’s crowded
    I came at 7:45AM without taking online appointments, so I got into normal channels , in 45min my documents verified and given next token which took another 30 min to collect the payment, then another 45 min to get the documents . Improved compared to my last visit

    Now they have premium lounge and urgent token, pay extra and get it faster
    Staffs are friendly and approachable

    Better to take appointments and come

    After reading the reviews about the processing time the previous day, I went prepared and reached by 7:30 Am in the morning. I was surprised totally as I was able to park in one of the free spaces right in front of the building at that time and I was the 2nd person waiting. By 7:50 most of the staffs were reached and by 8 exact my number was called. Got everything done in 20 mins. Just make sure you have all the documents mentioned in their website including any originals if mentioned.
    Document : Dependents Sponsor Affidavit
    Payment : Card (2 Percent extra and don't expect any change if you give them cash )
    Delivery : By courier

    I would only give 4 stars, but the extra one is to make up for their negative reviews

    I have applied for authenticity for my certification since 2 months,neither I am able to contact them through the customer care number or whatsaapp number given in the site, nor I get any updates from their side. The only thing I am left with is the printed bill. No SMS or email. They are still accepting only cash.

    Very organized and quick. You can feel their experience with their swift work. Go through the website and carry all the mentioned documents for the service you need. Otherwise you may end up going back for the required documents.

    The phone contact service is currently abysmal and needs to be improved. Either no one responds to the phone or one is unable to get thru the ONE listed number despite trying continuously for hours. This is a "service related" organization and management should realize that these offices only function due to its customers. Customer service should be improved, phones should be attended to and most importantly staff should be information and polite. Please add more phones!

    Applied for genuineness n waited for one year in which been there 3 times n they said check with ur university. Went to Indian consulate to find out that d certificate arrived in one month. IVS says we don't have u must have got it we don't have any data if it was receivers or not. Duhhh 😳. Going to apply for second time today as it's d only option.

    If it zero then i happily to give ..... worst experice ever in life .....took 5 hrs to get my document attested ....IVS u should learn from reviews ateast increase the manpower and use some technology to ease ur work. 3hrs waiting to submit docs and 2 hrs waiting for collecting docs. Very sad part tat IVS GLOBAL representing INDIAN CONSULATE.

    Actually not even 1 star. Terrible experience. First of all no card payment. And the nearest cash machine is 10mins drive away. Secondly their fee and processes changes almost everytime. You can never go with an experience coz eveytime is like new. Staff especially one is very moody, almost everytime. Places like these don't align with the vision of smart Dubai.

    2018FEB15. Waiting for 5 hours to get an attestation. No replies to status queries. Need to have an SLA. Too much time wasted. There is a huge crowd and man hours wasted. Processes to be reengineered for a timely service. Increasing staff is an option to look into.

    Excellent customer service from Nisha even though I arrived right before closing time. Attesting company docs cost approx AED203 per document and photocopies AED1 per page as of December 2017.

    Terrible. Have been trying to contact them over phone for 3 days now. No one ever picks up. Will lodge a formal complaint about their pathetic services , with embassy and Ministry.

    Amazing service ,If you go early you will be cleared early .There may some times be rush ,but the service i received was fast and quick .
    8:30AM applied for NOC and by 9:30 to 10AM I got it .

    Excellent customer service. Speedy transactions. Best to visit is early in the morning around 8am when they open, later it does get crowded in here and some reason transactions seems to happen slower than expected.

    BAD EXPERIENCE - I AM HOLDING AL AIN VISA AND IVS DUBAI COUNTER REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY APPLICATION FOR ATTESTATION CITING RESIDENCE ISSUE FOR WHICH I HAD TO TRAVEL FROM DUBAI TO ABUDHABI TO GET IT ATTESTED - THEY SHOULD NOTIFY THIS IN THEIR WEBSITE STATING AL AIN AND ABUDHABI VISA HOLDER SHOULD GO TO RESPECTIVE AREAS

    I donno why so many negative reviews. Reached there aroud 7.30 am and completed the formalities by 8.30 am. Staffs were friendly and helpful. If you are planning to send the doc to India, do it from IVS itself it will save the 2 hrs wait for the attested doc. Photocopy, typing, studio facilities available at the center.

    In my experience with IVS, the service was good. But make sure your place in the queue between 7 – to 8 AM. My case was, to make a very special affidavit. The receptionist listened me very carefully and guided to an officer called “Thanzeer”. His service was more than excellent, a professional & helpful gentleman. But need more improvement & professionalism in the whole system.

    My experience at IVS Global was great. I think the trick is getting there early in the morning. They open at 8 and I got there exactly at 7. That meant I was the second person in queue. Enjoyed watching some Netflix and at 8 got in and was done by 8:07. The receptionist are like info machines handing out information at rapid pace. Help them out by knowing what you want. You can photo copy documents here as well and they have a facility to click photos. However as a rule of thumb, carry copies of everything. Once done my papers were available for collection in 2 hours. Remember if you get there at 8, you have quite a wait. Do the calculations, come in early and get done in an hour or come in later in the day and waste your whole morning.

    Are these people for real.
    They never pick up the phone.
    Indian Consulate should stop referring people to them.
    Just came back from their office in Dubai.
    To attest my signature on a statement they asked me to first go to the
    US consulate and get my passport attested. Has anyone heard something like this.
    Some fat ancient woman and a young scared girl are there to waste people's time.
    Stupidity has no limit with these people.
